Report on ozone-depleting substances

Before you start

You need:

• organisation ID
Register to get your organisation ID

• Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number
Get an EORI number

Important information for your submission

• Save the downloaded file in the following format replacing the information in the brackets with your details:
  {organisation-ID}_{yyyy}_V1.{filetype}
• The year {YYYY} is the year to which the data apply (for example, 2019 for data reported in 2020)
• Enter all quantities in the ODS annual report in kilograms.
