Report on ozone-depleting substances

You can download the report as either a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file or Open Document Spreadsheet (.ods) file.

Email your completed form to f-gassupport@environment-agency.gov.uk

Warning The submission window is closed. You must submit your report by 31 March each year.

Before you start

You need:

Important information for your submission

  • Save the downloaded file in the following format replacing the information in the brackets with your details:
    {organisation-ID}_{yyyy}_V1.{filetype}
  • The year {YYYY} is the year to which the data apply (for example, 2019 for data reported in 2020)
  • Enter all quantities in the ODS annual report in kilograms.
